Participatory Conflict Assessment Workshops Co-designed and conducted in Mannar, Ampara and Matara Districts for youth leaders working with the SMART Project one of the initiatives of Search for Common Grounds in collaboration with the Association for War Affected Women (AWAW) and Peace Community Action (PAC). The main objective of the series of workshops conducted in October 2016 was to increase the capacity of Youth Leaders at community level to contribute positively towards the reconciliation efforts of the country.
