who we are

The Institute for Monitoring and Evaluation (TiME)

The Institute for Monitoring and Evaluation (TiME) stands as a vibrant institution, established in 2014 under the Companies Act of Sri Lanka. Our exclusive mission is to unite experts across diverse disciplines, extending specialized services to State and Corporate sector institutions, Civil Society Organizations, and communities in need. Our commitment lies in delivering innovative analyses, programs, and evaluations spanning social, political, legal, and economic disciplines.

To manifest the changes, we envision in creating a just society, TiME utilizes training as a powerful catalyst. In pursuit of this goal, TiME has forged a strategic partnership with the Change the Game Academy in the Netherlands, aiming to 'Shift the Power' in the development agenda and foster flourishing lives for all. Under this initiative, TiME provides training modules encompassing 'Local Fundraising,' 'Mobilizing Support,' 'Life Skills for Lobbying,' and 'Social Accountability.' The program primarily targets Civil Society Organizations engaged with youth, women, and people with disabilities."
