A collaborative effort between various organizations, the workshops were co-designed and implemented in Mannar, Ampara, and Matara Districts for youth leaders engaged in the SMART Project—an initiative by Search for Common Ground, in partnership with the Association for War Affected Women (AWAW) and Peace Community Action (PAC). Conducted throughout October 2016, the primary aim of these workshops was to enhance the capacity of youth leaders at the community level, enabling them to make positive contributions towards the reconciliation efforts of the country.
